This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice with guided meditation. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress.

This course offers new students, or those that are just in need of a refresher, an introduction to the basics. This class is a safe introduction to some of the core poses you’ll find in yoga. Held in a non-heated, regular temperature room.
